As we make our way to the hospital, Jacob holds my hand tightly. It takes us a few minutes to arrive, and I just enjoy the feeling of being with my mate. The love flowing through our bond is stronger than it was yesterday, which I didn't think was possible. Maya is lying quietly inside my mind, completely relaxed. She really hasn't had much to say since my meeting with Radu. "Your majesties, what can I help you with today," the royal doctor greets us. I can see Jacob looks uncomfortable, and I stop myself for giggling at him. "I'm not injured but would it be possible to speak privately?" "Of course," he says, leading us to a room.
