Two weeks have passed since Layla was made the official Luna of the pack. I am waiting in my office to talk with a possible informant on whoever is hunting my mate. A small group was found hiding near our borders last night and Amos helped bring them in. When he did, he recognized one of them as a friend of his from his old pack. He had been banished because of their i***t Alpha and Beta too. More evidence for me to send to the council. They will soon be replaced as that pack’s leadership thanks to what I’ve already turned in from Amos’s statements. Amos had taken charge of him personally and talked to him. Offered to see if I would let him join like I had Amos so he could have a chance at a better pack life. When he agreed I told them to put him in a nicer cell and feed him well
