Erik A pleasant warmth radiated along my entire front, and sparks trailed in a light caress along the top of my chest. I relished the jasmine scent that filled my lungs, wishing to remain here for the rest of my days. “Wake up, sleepyhead,” Avery said, her voice throaty from sleep. “Is that my new nickname?” “It could be.” I blinked my eyes open, and the dawn light filled the room.
