Hearing Alaric's serious and emphasized tone, the seven remaining people there immediately understood that he was not joking right now.
If they purposely answered wrong, it was possible that their fate would end up like the dead members at Alaric's hands.
However, one of them, the shortest with unruly curly hair, stepped forward while pointing a hammer at Alaric.
"Don't expect to get an answer, because I will kill you right now!"
The person advanced and ran blindly, trying to attack Alaric with powerful swings of the hammer in unpredictable directions, making it difficult for Alaric to predict the attacks.
Other members of the bandit group placed some hope in the hammer-wielding figure because they saw Alaric jumping back several times to avoid the reckless attacks.
