In the tense situation, almost everyone held their breath, waiting to see what would happen next. Isabella, the person whose hand was held by Sinclair, coughed up blood because he used too much force unintentionally due to being carried away by his emotions.
Isabella did not say anything herself, she just formed a strange smile that made Sinclair even more nervous.
