Sophia moves in behind the computer, and Max takes a seat next to hers. Mystery, Mayhem, and Mischief take the next stations, and Magenta puts the diamond in the power generator.
It’s taken them a week to figure out how to go back to that specific time without breaking time any further.
“Here goes.” Sophia sighs and presses enter on the computer.
They watch the portal start-up and change from one colour to the next, while they wait for it to settle.
“It’s not settling!” Mystery shouts.
“I can see that!” Sophia starts looking nervous.
“What does this mean?” Bernard leans over Sophia’s shoulder.
“Bernard, just give me some space to work.”
“Will we be able to get through?”
