Magenta hears her name being called, and she walks onto the stage. Four years at university, and she is one of a small group of people who can basically identify any kind of artifact. She shakes the Dean’s hand and receives her degree, smiling for the photograph before looking up and seeing her family, Sophia and Max are sitting in the gallery, waving at her.
