Aurora sat on the edge of the bed, her knees drawn to her chest, her entire body trembling like a leaf caught in a storm. Every shadow in the room seemed to grow claws, every creak of the ship like the sound of someone approaching. Her thoughts raced back to the woman’s lifeless body, her clawed skin, her frozen expression of terror. Kate was pacing back and forth, clutching the cruise ship phone like it was her lifeline. “HELLO?
