Daniel felt jittery as he paced his loft. He knew it was silly but he honestly missed being in Amelia’s presence more than anything. And as crazy as it sounded he wanted to find her and bury himself in her arms. Kiss her neck and feel on her sweet body.
But he was restraining himself out of sheer fear she’d think he was a creep.
But something was changing in him, and as scary as it was for him to admit it, he was lost on how to deal. So, he called someone who could help.
It took a minute for him to answer the phone, but soon enough, Jasper’s voice filled his ear.
“Grandpa! How are you?” Grinning, Daniel relaxed as he admitted, “Doing good, and you?” Jasper laughed, “Never better. What’s up?” Daniel sighed as he admitted, “I went out on a date with someone.”
