Amelia giggled as Daniel held her close. He had been so sweet since her accident, having her stay with him, he took time off to baby her. And while she of course protested, he was right there in her ear telling her it was not a big deal.
So, after two weeks of recovering, Amelia was semi-mobile enough to fend for herself. And Gretchen wanted her roommate back which of course made Daniel pout. He’d loved having her close and her being in his home.
It’d made it better.
