*Jade POV*
I feel myself getting closer to Axel. I can pick up his scent. I breathe a sigh of relief. The warriors are chasing me again. I finally catch sight of him, he walks out the front of the pack house that b***h on his arm.
It didn't work.
I failed.
He still doesn't remember.
I can't turn back now. I will be caught and I am running out of time. The mark is nearly gone. I have lost him. I refuse to lose him.
I run through the warriors, shooting them a look on my way passed. They all still chase me but they have slowed up now. They are still obeying their alpha, just a little bit slower than they usually would. I run straight up to Axel, he looks at me. I shift in front of him and stare him in the eyes.
