It's been a few hours since Shylar left. I send Shylar a text “Thank you for taking Jasper. He really needed to get out of the house.” He texts back “ you're welcome babe. I can't wait to be back next to you.”
I blush reading his text and send him “me either.” I look at my other messages and see I have a few missed texts from Vice from earlier. I was so caught up with Shylar I just didn't answer them.
The first text was “ hey, how are you doing.” And 30 minutes after “what you up to today?” Then an hour after that he sent “ are you alright?” After that no more text.
Reading his text makes me start thinking about whether I should be talking to Vice at all, now that I'm close to Shylar it feels wrong. Wait are me and Shylar together, I mean does this mean we are official now?
