Chapter Thirty-Five Erik stepped into his apartment, his neck stiff. It’d been a long day of interviews, and Malcolm was pulling overtime going through data and systems. While it might help to utilize Emma more directly, the detectives wanted to minimize the risk of tainting the evidence with bad procedure since it was an official police case.
