Leaning my back into the chair, I watched a wild ginger cross her arms over her chest as she walked inside. She wearily eyed the company before staring at the bright colored card. She headed through the same door I did earlier and I knew it was the way to the roof of this place. It was a bit of a search for me but eventually I found it and surprisingly no one told me s**t. Taking a drink of my coffee, I waited patiently, watching for her and knowing she must've been sent by Michael too. The girl came back empty handed like I guessed two minutes later, ordered a coffee and then took a seat alone. Her eyes strained to the door the way mine were. Michael was clearly making other trips around town too. Taking another drink of my coffee, I watched the door open, both of us eyeing the girl.
