Nina’s POV
I have been lying in bed all day to avoid meeting Alpha Cain and thinking of a way to make it back to the city. I wonder if I told him I was ready to buy myself some clothes would he let Mariah take me. And, if I mean Mariah I wanted to leave, would she let me? Last night I kept contemplating whether or not to say to her or Jason about what happened. Who am I kidding, Cain is their Alpha, and I’m just a girl she has known for about a month. But she has a gentle soul, I could tell, and Jason is honest, so I think it should be okay, maybe. While sitting on the bed contemplating how I could talk to Mariah, I slowly drifted into a deep sleep.
