I stared at Oliver as we waited for the food we ordered. Luckily, before we hit the road towards home, I remembered that I dropped off my things at Aya’s place. We went to Tracy’s. “Why are you staring?” Oliver asked when he noticed me. He was doing something on his phone. “There’s this one word that keeps popping up in my mind today.” I answered, leaning back on the chair. “Yeah? What word is it?” “Compromise.” I replied.
