Cheating Boyfriend V

THE bed was now creaking, the ‘creak creak’ sounds it made laced with their moans and slapping of their skins was what made the room. “Urghhhh,” that was Rico. She was kneeling on the bed, her hands placed alongside and her bubble buts towards Kaylan, who still hadn't got tired of pounding. “I'm cumming… babe, I'm cumming,” that was him. His eyes were closed and his teeth bared as he took one last thrust and then he pulled out, spilling the contents on the messy floor. They both collapsed on the bed, catching their breath. “This is the third time, baby. Aren't you tired already?” Kaylan asked. Rico exhaled. “Okay. I will let you rest. So long I have you the whole of tomorrow.” Kaylan heaved a sigh of relief. With that, he swung off the bed and headed out for the bathroom to wash off. “Why did you insist on pouring inside of you the first love we made? You always never wanted that.” he asked when he returned, dabbing his thighs with a white towel. Rico smiled. She was still lying on the bed. “I didn't want interruptions. The marathon was so sweet at that time,” she replied. He shrugged, dabbing at his face now. “Well, you should take some morning pills,” he said causally. She turned to him, sharply. “Are you scared?” She asked. He shook his head. “No, no. Not that. Just… to be on the safe side, yeah,” he winked. She chuckled lightly, saying nothing. *** It's the night of the next day. The day had gradually rolled by with Kaylan and Rico spending most of their hours indoors, banging, Jessi believing everything Kaylan tells her and Ruby waiting in anticipation for night to come. In her apartment, she moved quickly around the room, her bare feet barely making a sound against the tiled floor as she adjusted the last of the details. No— this had to be perfect. She paused by the bedside table, tilting the small lamp slightly until the light softened, casting a warm, flattering glow across the room. Not too bright, not too dim, just enough to blur edges and invite closeness. Her eyes swept over everything again. The sheets looked smooth and untouched. The curtains, half drawn, letting in just a whisper of the night. The faint scent of her perfume, it was lingering and it was deliberate. Good. She exhaled slowly, placing her hands on her hips as she turned toward the mirror. For a moment, she just stood there. Then she stepped closer. The dress hugged her like it was made for her body alone, clinging in ways that made her feel both powerful and dangerously aware of herself. She adjusted the strap slightly, her fingers trailing over her shoulder before dropping back to her side. “Perfect,” she murmured, though her voice carried a quiet edge of anticipation. Tonight wouldn’t be like the last. No interruptions, no sudden endings and definitely no unfinished tension left hanging in the air. Her lips curved faintly at the thought. Moving away from the mirror, she reached for the bottle of wine on the dresser, uncorking it with practiced ease. The soft pop echoed in the quiet room, followed by the gentle pour into two glasses. Two. She didn’t question it. Setting them carefully on the table, she picked one up, taking a small sip, letting it settle as she walked slowly around the room again with that routine— checking, adjusting, perfecting. Her phone lay on the bed. She glanced at it. Still nothing. “That’s fine,” she whispered, more to herself than anything else. “He will come.” He had to. Everything from the night before still lingered, unfinished, unresolved, pressing against her thoughts like a promise waiting to be kept. The memory with the homeless man vanished, gone with the wind. She sat on the edge of the bed, crossing one leg over the other, the glass resting lightly in her hand. Her fingers traced the rim absentmindedly as her gaze drifted back to the door. Any minute now. But minutes passed and Kaylan was nowhere to be seen. He didn't even call or text. Even the text she had sent him that morning as a reminder, he viewed but didn't reply. Ruby checked the time. 9:12 PM. A small frown creased her forehead. She took another sip of wine, setting the glass down this time as she leaned back on her hands, staring up at the ceiling briefly before sitting upright again. The excitement that had been simmering quietly began to shift— subtle at first, then sharper. Her fingers tapped against her thigh. “Don’t start,” she muttered under her breath, pushing the thought away. She checked the time again. 10:00 PM. That was it. She grabbed her phone from the nightstand and immediately placed a call across to him. It connected instantly and began ringing. There was no pick. She dialed it again. Ten calls. He picked none. Then she dialed Jessi, who picked up immediately. “Hey girl, what's up?” Jessi asked. “Where are you?” Jessi was shocked, but answered anyway. “I'm at my mum's. You know I leave the city whenever Kaylan is out of town for work.” Ruby scoffed. “For… what? Work? Was that what he told you? Work?” “Yes. What's the matter, Ruby?” She folded her arms. “Kaylan is not out for work, he didn't travel. He is very much around.” “Can you stop? Now you are scaring me, what's going on?” “Kaylan is cheating—” “What!” “That's what is going on. He's right there at his apartment, cheating with a girl named Rico, I guess the Rico girl doesn't even know he is cheating on her too… with you. Quite pathetic,” she rolled her eyes. “Oh God! Are you serious about this, Ruby? No jokes?” “You can come see for yourself very early tomorrow morning if you think I'm making this up.” “Damn it!” She heard a loud bang at the other side of the call. “Dammit! She probably would have been gone by the time I arrived. How long has she been there?” “Like, two days now.” Jessi gasped. “But hold on,” she asked, “how did you get to know all these?”
