"So what is she?" Jax asks.
We are back in the meeting room. It is night already and we already finished my training for the day. Jax has been informing us about part of the plan but now we are all trying to figure out that woman, Lake.
"We still don't know much about her." Jax says. "We need to know what we are up against."
"All we know is what we've read in books about the goddess she worships." Idris says.
I nod. "In ancient Greek mythology and religion, Circe was an enchantress who was also considered a minor goddess." I say and continue to explain what I read. "She was known for her vast knowledge of potions and herbs. Through the use of these, magical items and artifacts, she would transform her enemies, or those who offended her, into animals."
