In the months that followed, I enjoyed more peace in my life than I've ever experienced since the day I was born, I know it sounds like a something out of a fairytale but it's the absolute truth, and it was all thanks to Golem's companionship. Life was so much easier around him; he was everything plus even more, more than I could ever ask for and I was head over heels and thankful to the moon goddess.
As for Eamon, I never saw or heard from him since that day. It was as if he a whirlwind blew and wiped him off the surface of the earth. He left everything behind—his gold, his Alpha position in the Fire Wolf pack, and the seat belonging to the King of the West was left vacant, he totally abandoned everything.
I guess when he said he was changed, he really was telling the truth
