It wasn’t the first time that I cried in front of him, but no matter how many times I open up to him, I still feel the same warmth radiating off of him and I will never get tired of saying how fortunate I am to be him. He is my pillar made with flames, and his gentle fire were the comforter of my ice-cold nightmares.
“Miss Nique!!” I slowly opened my eyes and saw Ellen standing beside my bed, her eyes that looks like the crescent moon when she smiles is the first thing I saw in the morning. “Good morning, sweetheart.” I smiled and tapped her head before turning to look at my window, finally noticing that my window is already opened and only the dancing curtains blocks the rays of the sun.
Ellen run to my other side and tiptoed to close the window that I guess is she’s the one
