CHAPTER LXXXII: IT’S TIME

Dominique It is currently 8 a.m. and we are all gathered by the pavilion, all taking our sweet time in having our breakfast since dad decided that this day will be our free day. We will treasure this 24 hour of no training session since it’s been 5 straight days since we wake up at 6, have an hour basic muscle and speed exercise, have breakfast at 7, do our personal routines up until 9, then have 3-hour straight training with 30 second water break every hour, then lunch at 12, then back at training again at 1 and then we’ll stop for dinner at 8 p.m. It's a long, uniform schedule that makes me feel tired all the time, but also thankful since there’s someone who is willing to go and train us for the future that we want to protect.
