CHAPTER TWENTY THREE SCARLETT’S POV How dare he? He had no right to say he liked me or want to take me out. That was what men who had pure intentions would say, not him. Sure, I knew I appreciated men who were straightforward about their intentions but not him. I loathed men who gave me reasons to hate them but Reed always triggered even my most unshakable buttons.
