~~Logan's PoV~~
As soon as the Beta shifts to his wolf and leaps at Sadie, I run towards her and from the corner of my eye, I see Micah do the same. For some reason she doesn't move or try to get out of the way. She just stands there, waiting for him to attack, and I shift back into my human form to try to warn her, though I don't know how she can miss it.
“Sadie!” I shout just as the Beta lands on her, tackling and pinning her to the ground, and she cries out in pain as his claws rip through her flesh. I almost feel like it's my skin being torn, it hurts me just as much to see her in pain.
Micah's still in his wolf form and he hits his father, pushing him off Sadie, but it's not necessary. The Beta's wolf has gone limp, but I'm not worried about him right now. I rush to Sadie's side ju
