The next day, a phone’s ringtone woke me up from my peaceful sleep as I was still cuddling Maya. She tried to free herself to get out of bed ,but I pulled her closer, while acting like I was still asleep, so she didn’t have a choice, but to answer her phone while she was still in my arms. I didn’t want to let her go just yet. Who knows when will be the next time I can hold her like this?
“Hallo?” She said into the phone quietly, in a sleepy voice, and made herself comfortable again on her pillow while I was still hugging her tightly.
