A day had passed and I was still in that boring cell which had only a small window, but I could see a bit of the sky at least. It was evening as it was already dark outside and I smiled as I saw the moon from my window.
‘At least the view was beautiful,’ Cora said with a chuckle. She felt much better as she was already joking around and my senses were coming back slowly as well. She was still a bit sick when we got our morning dose of wolfsbane, but by the evening she was perfectly fine and me too. I was so glad that she was back and Cynthia couldn't manage to harm her more.
