Andrew’s POV
We get back to the pack house and everyone is pretty relaxed since the run. Murphy can’t shut up about how big Kayla is and her “running on flames” as he puts it. I can see that it’s making Lina a little embarrassed. We pull up to the pack house and walk into the lobby.
“Hey I’m going to go talk to my dad for a minute. Do you want to come with? Or I can meet you back upstairs?” I ask Lina
“What’s it about? Work?” She asks. I don’t want to lie to her.
“No, it’s about what you asked me for back at the clinic. If we knew someone old enough to remember the legend.” Her eyes light up for that.
“Can I come?” She asks and I smile and nod. We go to the elevator and go to floor 9. When we get to my parents suite, my mom is in the kitchen and my father is in the living room.
