The Underworld Court was eerily quiet when Samael arrived in a storm of fury, his dark energy flooding the throne room like a suffocating wave. The demons stationed around the chamber instinctively backed away, sensing the sheer, uncontrollable rage emanating from him. But none of them stopped him. They didn’t need to. At the end of the vast hall, seated upon his ornate throne, Victor remained motionless. His father looked different, not in body, but in presence.
