Chapter 25The next day, they stood in a paved driveway, on a steep street in Westmount—Montreal’s richest borough. This morning, after they’d had breakfast at Jude’s lovely kitchen table, Jude had been in a hurry to take Harris to his workshop. Harris had a few days off and was looking forward to stepping deeper into Jude’s world. “Okay, it’s pretty messy in there,” Jude said, punching in a code by the garage door. In the sunlight, his eyes were so blue, they took Harris’s breath away.
