Grace My eyelids were so heavy, I couldn’t lift them for what felt like hours. My throat was so dry, I couldn’t even consider the thought of trying to speak. My entire body hurt so badly, I didn’t want to move or even try to make the slightest bit of sound. The few times I did try to whine, I didn’t even manage to make a croaking sound before my side felt like I was being stabbed with a knife. To make matters worse, I couldn’t get my wolf to talk to me.
