It was turning out to be an all around beautiful day. It started out with Zoey climbing out of bed early and putting her clothes back on. I thought about following her out of bed, but decided against it when Xavier made no attempt to do so.
She left the room without a word, but she was only gone for a total of two minutes max. When she returned, Zoey was cradling her little one against her chest while looking down at her with the most angelic smile stretching across her pretty face.
After climbing back onto the bed, Zoey got comfortable between me and Xavier, but she remained sitting up with her back propped against the headboard. She laid Xeraphina on her legs, then she took her shirt back off, making it easier for her to feed the little one.
