Gunner POV It was boring standing around in the emergency room, watching people's sad, scared faces. I was looking to see if there was anyone I knew, and thankfully, none. Nothing worse than having a loved one here, and all you can do is hold their hand and try to look positive. Which you don't feel. Fake it till you make it. Something I fail at doing. The faking that is. Bluey had introduced almost everyone in a nurse's or a doctor's uniform, and some not in a uniform at all. It was amazing how many people work here. I doubt poor Cora will remember even half of the names, came for paperwork, and, if I am not careful, will still be here when Bluey starts her shift.
