I couldn’t believe what I had just seen at the back of her neck, and I couldn’t understand why I had acted the way I had when I saw the tattoo. It was like my subconscious knew or recognised that tattoo.
It wasn’t like the tattoo I had seen was a mark but at the same time, I wasn't sure if the tattoo wasn’t a mark. However, I was certain that the mark or tattoo hadn't been there when I first met her. So I was now bursting my head trying to figure out what the tattoo meant because I felt like it had to have some type of meaning.
