SELENE’S POV
It had been two days since Alexis left me at my door after the steamy night that we had at the park and I hadn’t heard from him. I had discovered that he had lied to me about where he lived because I had searched for him in every place that I could think of and I couldn’t find him. I was now like a shell of myself, I wasn’t eating and I had missed work for two days now. Jennifer had probably used up all the tricks she knew of to try and cover for me but I just couldn’t stop thinking about Alexis or wondering where he was.
I kept wondering why he wasn’t calling me, I couldn’t remember myself giving him my phone number or him asking for it but I knew that if he wanted to see me bad enough he would have come to see me at home, and that was the reason I was anxious about not see
