I looked out of the window with my hands crossed on my chest while he still laughed at me. I grounded my teeth in embarrassment as I felt his possessive eyes on me.
“Oh, Dossam…” He trailed off. The way he said my name, my stomach dipped and I sank deeper into the seat. Silence fell between us for some moments. We were both lost in our thoughts. I noticed that he was driving up a hill. As the car took a turn, the whole civilization at the bottom of the hill came into view.
