I snapped out of my surprise and looked at her.
"Well, Jessie, Will and I aren't very close. I don't know how much help I can be with your intentions, but if you feel like he feels the same, go for it."
I wasn't getting involved in this mess. I highly doubted William was considering falling in love with anyone. I saw him very comfortable in his single life with the attention of all those girls. But if Jessie achieved her goal, well, good for her. It wasn't my life and I had nothing to do with it.
"Thank you, that's enough for me." Jessie hugged me.
"It is?" I made a face of disbelief. If I hadn't given her hope, if I hadn't said anything to her… She was delusional if she was getting her hopes up over nothing.
