When I set out to leave the Academy, after Madam Lucy called me and thanked me for saving her daughter.
"It's nothing, Chairwoman. It's my responsibility to protect Mia. After all, she will be my little sister," I said with a smile and calm demeanor.
"Thank you, Leon. Just that I do not know why Veronica was hard on Mia. Maybe you should talk to Veronica, after all, she is your girlfriend," Madam Lucy spoke to me in her office, which made my fist clench. But I did not deny it. It was irrelevant for me to tell Madam Lucy that I was going to become her daughter's mate.
