I watched Mia complete her shopping and how she acted angry upon seeing me and Veronica together.
I did not want to provoke Mia, but Veronica was my father's Beta's daughter. How could I not go on a date with her when my father wanted me, in particular, to take over the pack after him, while Luis and Liam could do other family businesses within the pack?
We were rich, having several companies and hotels under the Oscar Group.
I knew that shopping for a dress as cheap as $100,000 was nothing to me. But I had no idea that Mia was going to be my mate.
How come I didn't see Mia at the Academy? She was the Chairwoman's daughter, and everyone knew of my father's relationship with Madam Lucy.
