As soon as I truely registered what was going on I ran over and grabbed Axel’s arm and pulled it back from Declan’s shirt.
“What the hella re you doing?” I snapped.
“No one touches you.” Axel growled.
“Get the hell out of here. He’s a friend and that’s all. Now get out of here and leave him alone.” I said.
“We all know that he’s not just a friend. At least, he doesn’t want to be.” Atticus said.
“Well, that’s his problem because he knows that’s all I am to him. Now let him go.” I said finally pushing Axel back.
Axel and Atticus finally pulled their attention away from Declan to look at me and the anger on my face.
They realized that they had overstepped and I forced them to leave the diner. I didn’t care if they just sat in the car, but they did leave.
