Levi I should have had Hope stay in my apartment last night. When I returned to my apartment after work, it doesn’t smell like her. When she comes home again, I’ll make sure her scent is in my apartment before she leaves again. It’s not like I haven’t been working for the last two years and spent long periods of time away from her, but that was before I knew she was my mate. Now that it’s confirmed, I want to be around her all the time, I want my mark on her neck, her scent in my apartment, and her body in my bed. When I walk in, I pick up the letter that Justine must have slid under my door and set it aside. I put on some jazz music while I make myself a quick dinner of spaghetti with meat sauce.
