I seriously underestimated Hebert's stamina. We didn't stop until the middle of the night before finally collapsing into sleep.
The next morning, the first rays of the Aegean sun pierced through the thin silk curtains, warming my eyelids. My whole body still ached from last night's stormy passion, soreness spreading through every limb, but my heart was racing in my chest.
