/Erik's POV/
The Alpha was aware of the way his twin was acting. Well being with him for more than two decades does that. Erik was sure that it was related to Aniya leaving. But it was no use trying to talk about her because Evan gets all flustered and avoids the topic as it he doesn't know anyone by that name.
Aniya left three days ago and she hadn't called once. Both of them were suffering because they were newly bonded and the need to be close to their mate was more than before. There was no denying about it.
Evan was acting aloof and strange, snapping at anyone who dared to talk back. Erik knew his twin was missing her but he had too much pride to call first. The Alpha himself tried calling her but it went to voicemail.
