It’s been hours and there’s still no movement on Alice. It’s now night time and Josie has fallen asleep in my lap, as we were both sitting in Alice’s room in hope of her waking up. She is now attached with an IV drip, and sleeping like she never slept so peacefully before. She has no worry about the world right now.
But me on the other hand, is in chaos. All these thoughts are rushing in my head and everything is pointing the finger at me. Till I heard the news about Alice, I was blaming Austin for her condition. But now that I am thinking clearly about how it started, the blame is falling on me. I did it.
