Bram helped her out of the car when they got to Royal’s house, and they were surprised to see Keshaun in the driveway.

“I was going to crash here,” he rubbed his head with embarrassment, “but Kara went to my parents to look for me and then told them she was going to the hotel. She knows this would be my next stop if I’m not there and I can’t deal with her drama right now. I need space from her. I’m going to head back to Pittsburgh. If I leave now, I can get there by nine with a rest stop or two.” He looked at Famke. “Why aren’t you at the house?”
