REI’S POV:
“How do you feel?” Rosie asked me, caressing my back as she tried to soothe my nerves. Once again I had to relive the most miserable memory I had from my childhood. The death of my parents and my whole pack. “I am fine.” I tried to reply but my voice was shaking from the emotions that awakened with the memory. “Maat?” Aella asked but I shook my head. “I don’t know. I don’t feel her right now.” I replied not really worried about her. I didn’t know what exactly happened with her or if something had changed for her with the binding spell done but since I woke up back in this room, her presence was silenced.
“What do you mean you don’t feel her?” Aella asked with a voice full of concerns. “She was beside me the whole, until the last moment but since I came back I don’t sense her.
