I wanted to punch all of them inside the emergency room. I wanted to scream aloud to save Summer. My heart is pounding so fast. I begged, and she did not listen to me.
“Why do Philippine's hospitals ask for deposits instead of saving the patient first?” I asked Miranda. She looked at me and stared at me like I am a crazy person. “Miranda, you are a nurse? Am I right?”
