Skye and Stella followed Nadine as she ran off to the sports building. Bren and Storme stayed at the cafeteria table. I grabbed Nadine’s food and followed them. Skye tried to convince her we are staying with her, but Nadz refused. She’s broken and hurting again, just like the day Kellen left Nadine.
I head back to the cafeteria only to find Kenz having fun with the two women beside him.
“Excuse me, girls. I need to talk to Kellen.”
They gazed at me. The girl who has curly hair winked at me. I still like Skye more than any girl. She’s simple and can carry herself so pretty without makeup on. They don’t notice how angelic her face is. Although sometimes, I mean most of the time, she has demons inside her.
