Katie’s POV
I don’t know how long I’ve been out cold for but I’m slowly starting to wake up and the pain in my body is unreal.
My head is pounding like I’ve had three rounds of boxing and my legs, well they give wobbly jelly a run for it’s name!
I’m so weak I can’t even talk or hear my wolf. It’s like I’m alone without anyone to worry or care about me.
I wonder if Bella is safe now? Have they even searched for me? Do they even care?
All these questions that I just don’t have the answer to and I feel like bawling my eyes out but don’t have the energy for that either.
So I just lay there on the cold floor but at least I have a blanket now.
It’s not the warmest and doesn’t cover my entire body but it’s better than nothing.
