Six Months Later

I walk in the nursery and my daughter is babbling until she sees me and smiles. Hello sweet girl, are you ready to get dressed for the day. We have familhy coming for a cookout. We try to have get togethers regularly to spend time with the pack and family. I pick her up out of the crib and kiss her chubby little cheeks. She wipes her spitty hands on my face making me laugh. I take her over to the changing table and once she is changed, I slip a sky blue short set on her. Let's go find your mommy. I head from the nursery down to our office. Ivy had a meeting with two pack Alpha's over a dispute regarding territory lines. I opted out because my beautiful mate can handle anything and I wanted to get my girl dressed.
