“Mr. Stones, actually I have some news for you about the party,” Ray said to me as she came inside the office slowly. I sat straight and asked him to continue speaking.
“Yeah, tell me,” I said to Ray and asked him to continue speaking. I could see Ray was nervous for some reason before speaking again.
“The thing is, you need a date for today’s party,” Ray said to me softly.
