“This is the reality of our marriage,” Asher said to me, which left me in more confusion.
What does he mean?
“What do you mean, Asher?” I asked Asher, with confusion written all over my face. He laughed softly and then looked right into my eyes before speaking.
“I would suggest you to turn to the next page and read it carefully,” Asher said to me as he sat on the chair that was close to the bed. I did as he said and turned to the next mage and began reading it. As I read through this page, I could not believe it. My vision started to blur because of the tears that were forming in my eyes.
